Here are Answers to a few of the most common Pre-Sales Questions
Do I need to renew my license? Yes. Depending on which License you bought your license key is either valid for one month or one year from the purchase date. An active license key is needed for access to automatic updates and support. An active Subscription is required to keep using eLearnCommerce.
Do I get updates for the plugin? Yes. In-dashboard updates are delivered to all eLearn Commerce users with a valid license key which requires an active subscription.
What types of payment do you accept? Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express & PayPal. We only accept payments online so we will not be able to accept a purchase order, take a check or take any orders over the phone.
Which web browsers work with eLearn Commerce? eLearn Commerce has been tested with the most current versions Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari & Chrome on the Windows PC platform. We’ve tested in the current versions Firefox, Safari & Chrome on the Mac OSX platform. eLearn Commerce may function just as well in older or other, less popular browsers, but we only officially support those listed previously.
Where Can I Find My License Key? If you’ve already purchased a license key and need to retrieve the license number, you can do that by contacting our support click here. Once you’ve successfully registered and logged in, click on the “my account” link on the Main Menu or Footer and your active license key(s) will be listed at the top of the page.
Will eLearn Commerce work on Joomla or Drupal sites? No. eLearn Commerce has been specifically developed and formulated to work with WordPress. It leverages core WordPress functionality and won’t work on other content management systems.
Do you offer refunds? Yes, we offer refunds for the first 30 days following your eLearn Commerce purchase. The Lifetime and the Developers License are non-refundable. You can find more information about the refund policy here.
Can I purchase a personal license & upgrade later? Sure. You can buy any lower license and if you love eLearn Commerce (we know you will..), then you’re welcome to upgrade to a higher License. You can upgrade from within your Account Page.
What do I get with my license? Depending on which license you bought Your license grants you access to all of our support resources, documentation, and product downloads either for one month or for one calendar year from your purchase date. No matter which license you own or purchase you will also have access to priority fast lane support and Access to the Members Only eLearnCommerce Implementation Live Support Group.
How much does it cost to renew my license? Depending on which License you bought Your License is renewed automatically each year at the original Price when you setup your subscription.
The Lifetime License is valid for Lifetime and requires no yearly renewal.
What do I get for renewing my license? Renewing your license provides free support and software updates. This provides peace of mind knowing you can turn to us for eLearnCommerce related support and assistance. You’ll also continue receiving software updates to ensure WordPress compatibility as well as great new features and enhancements!
Will eLearn Commerce quit working if my license expires? If your license expires eLearnCommerce will still work just fine unless something changes with the WordPress core itself. However, you won’t receive software updates and won’t be able to access new add-ons or the support that we offer.
Will eLearn Commerce quit working if i cancel my Subscription? If you cancel your Subscription eLearnCommerce will still work just fine and you will receive Software Updates and Support until the end of the Subscription Period you paid for. However, once the Subscription period is over you won’t receive software updates and won’t be able to access new add-ons or the support that we offer.
My Download Link Expired! What Can I Do? No worries. If you’ve already purchased eLearnCommerce and need to download the plugin files again, you can login to Your Account and grab the plugin files from there. If you still have problems getting the files, just drop us a line via our contact form and we’ll be glad to help.
